We’re a group of proud homeowners who strive to maintain an enhanced standard of living in a beautiful atmosphere. Our residents are able to enjoy a variety of amenities and maintenance services, and we strive for a high level of comfort and well-being.

Clubhouse
Event space available to residents for birthdays, showers, graduations, etc.!
For a $75 fee and a refundable* deposit. Contact Elizabeth Sweeney, Property Manager at 303-221-1117 X104 or esweeney@lcmpm.com. Checks must be made out to the Tall Pines HOA. The Clubhouse must be left like you found it!!
Pet Registration
Your pet(s) must be registered with the HOA!
Licensing your dog is required in unincorporated Jeffco and in Lakewood! Cats and other pets can be voluntarily licensed. A license helps get your lost pet home quicker and fees help Foothills Animal Shelter provide life-saving care to thousands of homeless animals.
LCM Property Management
LCM Property Management is contracted by the Board of Directors to oversee the following:

Updates and tracking for Board Meetings (prepare financial updates, budget development, project planning, etc.)
